Level II Training (Programs similar to Colorado, Arizona, & Many Other State Programs)*

Level II Education and Development /Treatment Course
24 Total Hours of Alcohol & Drug Education
● DWI Education Course – 12 hours broken into 3 - 4 hour sessions
● Alcohol & Other Drug Awareness – 8 hours completed in 1 day
● Substance Use, Abuse & Dependence – 4 hours completed in 1 day

Assessment, Evaluation & Screening
● Drug & Alcohol Evaluation – Initial Assessment, Treatment/Development
● Monthly Drug & Alcohol Screens – 3 consecutive monthly screens

Treatment - Development Plan, Group/Individual, Meetings, Support Systems, Certification of
Completion
● 90 day Plan (Time Frame adjusts according to Initiating State Requirements)
● AA/NA meeting plan
● Monthly Group Sessions – 3 months of consecutive meetings (schedule reflects individual’s
Development plan)
● individual Sessions – 3 months of Individual sessions/meetings (Therapy, Self-help,
communication, etc…)
● Victim/Offender Impact Meeting 2 hours first Monday of the month – 3 consecutive months
● 90 day AA/NA meeting plan
● Intro into Restorative Justice (If applicable)

Alternative Classes: 
Our State Offender Education courses all have minimum attendance requirements for classes. When attendance fails to meet the required attendance or drops below the minimum due, then we are required to cancel the class and reschedule.
 
When DWI and DOEP classes are canceled, some or all of those days may be scheduled for our 1 day or short duration courses. Those courses include:
 Alcohol Awareness, Theft/Shoplifting, Anger Management, Marijuana Awareness, AOD Awareness, and many, many more.
