We will do everything we can to help you through this difficult time and will be glad to answer any questions you may have. If there is a special need concerning your training, please let us know.

NOTE:

Students must be on time and successfully complete all 3 classes and exam to receive certificate. Makeup sessions are not provided.

 

It is the responsibility of the student to provide the certificate to his/her probation officer or Court Representative.

 

The State of Texas requires a minimum number of students for a class. If that minimum is not met, you may be asked to attend on a later date 

 

Please bring a photo id such as a driver’s license or State ID and Social Security number. You will also need your cause number (if applicable). 

 

 

Class Policies:    

    

 1.  Students must register (online or by phone) prior to class in order to attend.

    

 2.  Students must not have had any alcoholic beverage or be under the influence of any       drug before attending class.

    

 3.  Students must attend all sessions in their proper order.

    

 4.  Beverages and snacks are permitted during class sessions. Smoking is not       permitted inside the building.

    

 5.  Cell phones and all electronic devices must be turned off during class.

    

 6.  The fee for this course is $120.00 (cash or money order) payable at registration on        or before the first day of class. The option to pay by PayPal is also offered                   when registration is completed online. This fee must be paid prior to the                      admission to the first class and is not refundable.  

    

 7.  All assigned worksheets and papers must be turned in to the instructor in order to       obtain the certificate of completion.

    

 8.  Students must make a score of 70% on the post test to receive a certificate.
